AC Milan retained their position as Serie A leaders after beating fellow title contenders Lazio without their injured stars Ibrahimovic,Kessie,Bannacer,Kjaer.
Milan took the led early in the first with two quick fire goals from Rebic and Calhanoglu. Lazio came back into the game and by halftime, they had pulled one goal back to through Luis Alberto. The second half started on a high for Lazio and on 59 mins, Cirro Immobile had drawn them level.
AC Milan troubled Lazio by it's brilliant and pacy forwards like Rebic who came close to scoring the winner but Lazio goalie Reina saved his shot. It looked as though the match was heading to a draw when a 92nd minute headed goal by the flying left back Theo Hernandez gave Milan the deserved win which took them back at the Serie A summit.
