1 Man City 5-0 Everton
Man City looked to end their campaign on a high and bid farewell to City legend Kun Aguero in style and it didn't take long as City got themselves two goals from Gabriel Jesus and Debruyne. Foden got City's third early in the second half. On 65 minutes, Aguero was introduced and it took him just 6 minutes to find the net and added a second one shortly hence surpassing Rooney's record for a most premier league goals for a single club taking his tally to 184 goals.
